First ride- Does the E-Scooter have to be fully charged to turn on the scooter?
Yes, we recommend that you use it after fully charged. This will help extend the life of the battery.
Can this be ridden in heavy rain or inch-deep water puddles?
This electric scooter features an 8-inch ground clearance, allowing it to pass quickly through shallow puddles. It is rated IPX4 for splash resistance, but we still recommend avoiding heavy rain and deeper water.
Are there more details about the modes and settings?
We are happy to answer your question. You can switch between riding modes or other settings via the quick function button on the left side of the handle. It has 3 riding modes -- ECO mode, driving, sport mode -- as well as switch on/off the light, press the horn, and other operations.
What's the function of Cruiser Control?
When cruise control is turned on and the scooter maintain a speed for certain
time, the scotoer will move at this speed without pressing the accelerator.
Squeeze the brake lever or press the accelerator again, the scooter will return
to the initial state.
Do the tires require manual inflation?
To deliver better shock absorption, we use air-filled tires that reduce impact while eliminating concerns about blowouts. Plus, we provide a one-year extended warranty for extra peace of mind.
Is it light enough at night?
Yes, this electric scooter is equipped with a 360° lighting system that includes dual bright headlights, dual side lights, front and rear turn signals, and a brake light, ensuring that you can always see and be seen at night for all-around safety.
How to get into the P settings?
Press the power switch button and the horn botton at the same time to enter the settings page. One click the horn button to switch the settings. Double click the horn button to confirm the settings. One click the speed button to adjust parameter to 0.
What is the max rider weight? Does the 300 lbs include the weight of the scooter？
This scooter can withstand a maximum weight of 330 pounds, not including the weight of the scooter itself.
Does it have a lithium battery?
Yes, it uses a lithium battery. And we provide a 180-day warranty on the scooter's battery.
Does this electric scooter come with a charger, or does it have to be bought separately? If so, what charger do I have to buy?
