Unpacked the new toy and it was a monster, unfortunately I found a crack in my screen during setup? Not really sure if it was shipping or during packaging, the scooter was well packaged and box wasn’t damaged externally, but did notice the bars were floating and wrapped in plastic inside instead of some bubble wrap, so who really knows! But anyways Circooter staff were great and quick to reply and resolve, explained my issues and sent some pics and a quick video and they sent me out a new screen! The scooter has some real jam, Im a 230lb guy and it zips me around like nothing! The large air filled tires, dual suspension and dual motors really kicks ass 🥳👌 highly recommend this product and this company! Very happy with my purchase

Consists of 2 black box power supplies with connectors. Works very well with cruiser pro.
I received my unit and it works wonderful. Little on the heavy side but so am I.
Easy to charge and ride. I would recommend the purchase of the second charger to speed up the recharge if you use it regularily or for longer distances.
Also, prepare yourself for the deceleration when you release the throttle. It can be surprising if you are not ready.
I would say with my experience with electric scooters I need 3 months to evaluate your product. Please ask me again then .

I have receintly purchased the Raptor Pro with dual 800wt motors. So much fun!! The scooter is a little heavy but that is good when speeding down the road and/or turning which assists keeping tires on roadway. Speed is easily acheived with dual motors invoked. Cruizing around I only use one motor and I achieve good speed. Going to be a fun Summer. Thanks for a good product. Also, Customer Service does a great job in communicating, really appreciate the assistance received. ALL GOOD!!!

I've had it now for a few weeks. When it arrived, I noticed the box was in good shape, so the courier didn't do any damage. Pulled it out of the box and finished the assembly (handlebars). First ride I took it easy on it and it handled the small hills where I live with easy. Then I started to crank it up and yeah, it moves along pretty good. The only thing I have to mention is that it won't go into KM/H. I've followed the multiple sets of directions on paper and online and it will not go into metric. Not really a big deal for me. Other than that, I like it.

Thank you very much for the scooter I love it. We are really hoping to get a second one but we just had a baby on the 26th of May so it's difficult. But I love everything about the scooter. I would haved loved to had a arrangement and film a video of opening it and supporting circooter as I chose your company over what seems like a hundred other companies. We want to order one that goes faster next time as it will be for my husband but we are low income so. The only thing I'm not sure about it if their is a way to change the speed limiter settings after it's linked to a cell phone as when you do the steps it says on the site it just turns off but other then that it arrived fast and has worked great

It has excellent braking which saved my life with an injury that occurred. It has been the best I have ever gotten and I haven’t stopped riding it
Circooter achieved a good balance of performance, battery life and quality.
The 960wh battery (48vx20ah) is its strong suit. Powering the whisper quiet dual 800watt motors. Circooter programmed a respectable capped top speed limit of 45km/hr that holds that speed nearly entirety of the battery life (to about 10%).
the 11 inch wheels give great clearance. And despite them being "offroad" tires are quiet enough on paved roads. Them being solid means they will be harder to replace and less forgiving on bumps, but you dont have to worry about pinch flats or patching holes.
The 360 degree lighting looks great for dusk and night riding.
cons: lights cannot be adjusted and I think their should be one at the top of the stem. You can always buy a 3rd party light.
P settings are pretty much locked down. P settings are very minimal. You can change zero start/kick start, acceleration, kph/mph, wheel size, and cruise control on/off.
wish there was a way to customize speed levels at the assist level you are at. 1(eco) is capped at 16km/hr
2 (standard) at 28km/hr
3 (turbo) at 45km/hr.
no way to change these.

It is worth it. Battery life is good been using it for a week to drop off and pick up my kid. After charging it one time and didn’t charge it yet because the battery life is still over 80%.

This will be my third spring/summer riding a Raptor Pro.
1600+ KMs with zero problems.I put Green Slime in the tubes to prevent flats.So far so good.The. one and very minor issue was beefing up the front LED lights bracket.10 minutes and some loctite all's well.
I've ridden my Pro hard as I could jumping it off ramps,bouncing over potholes at 45km and I've enjoyed cruise control at 7km enjoying nature as I ride trails made by my city.Some are paved and some are old railway lines.From 7km to 45km I have had nothing but fun .I did buy a 2nd charger because I could.Circooter rocks for me 💪
