Shipping Locations
Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in Canada. And our circooter official website are offering tax-free shopping. The price of our products includes the corresponding taxes
We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please fill in the address correctly where you can receive goods directly . We don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
Yukon & Northwest Territories & Nunavut: We currently do not offer shipping to these areas.
1.How much is the shipping cost? How long will my product be delivered?
Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option:

2.When does my order will be proceed?
(1) Orders placed on Monday to Friday, your item will be shipped out within 24 hours.
(2) Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
If you have a special case or requirement, please note us. We are 5-years professional electric scooter company (in the process of adding to cart you can leave note to us)
3.Order Cancellation:
(1) Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days.
(2) You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
(3) Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
4.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.
5.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
6.How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us with the corresponding order inquiry method and order tracking. You can check your order progress at any time.
7. Accessories:
Accessories will take about more working days to arrive.
Note: Accessories ordered with e-scooters may come in separate deliveries since it come from different warehouses, including helmet, seat or something else.
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you order it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
